If you are intersted in Evidentist and want to implement it yourself, we'll gladly help you. We'll guide you with the initial setup.

The process is as follows:

1. Submit your information through the order form or through the inquiry form.
2. We'll get in touch with you and discuss the detail (how big are you, what is your biggest problem with your warehouse etc.).
3. After the details are clarified we'll give you a price quote. You can also calculate one yourself on the pricing page. The first month of Evidentist is free. That allows you to test Evidentist in action without any commitment.
4. If you agree with the price offer, we'll come to your warehouse in person and help you with the initial warehouse setup. We'll upload your products to your account, help you set up correct batches and expirations, set up the application and train you.

During your subscription we are fully available to you in case of any questions or problems. We are also often visiting our customers in person, so - if there are no objections from your side - we might arrange a personal meeting here and there to ask you how you are liking Evidentist so far and what you want improved.

The first month (trial) is always free. There is no commitment during the first month.

If you decide to use Evidentist after the trial period, you have two options:

1. Monthly subscription - you only pay 1 month ahead, which allows more flexibility for you.
2. Yearly subscription - you pay a year ahead, but the monthly cost is significantly reduced compared with the monthly subscription (we'll give you 2 months for free).

You need any computer (or tablet) and a smartphone (iOS or Android) to scan the products.

Evidentist is a combination of a web app you can run in a browser and a mobile app you can run on iOS or Android.

No, you don't. Evidentist can be used on any iOS or Android smartphone. Scanning is done via phone camera. It's faster than warehouse scanners. And you also do not need to train your personnel with a new hardware.

Well, even that can happen. In that case we'll proactively inform you about the downtime. But if you find out about the downtime before that, please let us know.

Each issue is tackled ASAP. However, we have a good infrastructure setup in place and downtimes are really rare (so far we have experienced none).
